Earn ~$156k-$182k+/year working 5 days a week plus benefits (4 day week also available)

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and friendly optometrist to become a full-time associate in our practice located inside Costco in Clovis, CA.  

Busy retail practice with an emphasis on primary eye care, contact lens evaluations, and medical office visits. Equipment includes Optomap and Marco automated phoropter.  We use Eye Cloud Pro EHR that is intuitive, easy to use, and efficient.  

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus % of production

Job Description

Primary care is more than prescribing contacts and eyeglasses. Our optometrists report seeing a high amount of anterior and posterior segment pathology in their practices. They manage ocular disease to their comfort level, including but not limited to:

  • Treating corneal ulcers and uveitis

  • Red eye

  • Diagnosing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma

  • Removal of foreign bodies

  • Diagnosing macular disease, retinal holes and retinal detachments

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an Accredited School of Optometry

  • State Licensed or will be licensed to practice Optometry (New Graduates) in the state in which you will be practicing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of accredited Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) program
• Currently licensed or able to be licensed by the California State Board of Optometrists
• Must possess decision making skills and have strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy required
• Bilingual preferred
